Terms of Service
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a request through this website does not constitute an order or create an active hosting subscription. Product specifications, prices, billing cycles and applicable contractual terms are confirmed in an individual quotation before you accept.
Domains and external services
Domain search results are indicative. Registration is subject to final registrar availability checks and relevant registry terms. Third-party services can be subject to additional conditions communicated before purchase.
Availability and support
Any uptime commitments, support hours, refunds and service-level agreements apply only where expressly stated in the accepted written offer or contract. Figures in design previews are not commercial commitments.
